Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Chest Congestion, Wheezing And Inflammation In The Ears And Upper Throat

Question: Hi I have had sinus problems forever and also acid reflux. But, for the last few months i have had issues with my lungs, congestion, wheezing. But, it is off and on. i have never been diagnosed with asthma. Also, a lot of phlegm and congestion. The inside of my ears and upper throat also hurt and feel inflamed.

For this, you should start nebulizer with steroids like Budesonide twice per day for some days, a painkiller like paracetamol or Ibuprofen orally for some days too and you will feel better soon.

After stabilization it would be better to do the spirometry test for evaluating the airways better.

I have tried the steroid spray for the sinus and also the respirator for asthma neither worked. The nebulizer gets the medicine directly into your lungs correct?

One other thing i should mention. I get excessive Phlegm from my lungs and sinuses. It is predominately white. Does this mean anything?

I think this is from sinusitis itself. Try to treat it correctly and especially with the saline lavage and the phlegm will be less.
