Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Fluid retention and high blood pressure associated with blurred vision needs immediate evaluation to rule out kidney disease. It is not related to your other symptoms of diarrhea and acid reflux. Diarrhea usually causes water depletion and not retention. Since it has been two weeks I suggest you to get the following things done

1. Get a complete blood count
2. Urine routine to see for protein loss
3. Renal function test
4. Stool routine

In my patients who have prolonged diarrhea i put them on antibiotics, usually a combination one with ciprofloxacin and tinidazole for 5 days.

I suggest you to take neksium twice daily, please do not take both zantac and neksium together.

Lomotil is not a good drug if the diarrhea is infective, it will worsen the situation
Please do not take it if it was not prescribed.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
