I have realized I have acid reflux problem. It is severe and frequent and from long time.
Pls suggest me some Proton Pump Inhibitors medication course to treat it.

I would suggest you Take A PPI Like pantoprazole for 8 weeks. You should take it 30 mins before breakfast with empty stomach. This is over the counter medication.
Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol and fried foods.
Avoid lying down or sleeping for 3 hours after meals
