You can take Iladac-L once daily before breakfast for 8 weeks.
Lifetsyle changes are also important.

1. Weight reduction if obese
2. Avoid alcohol and smoking
3. Avoid coffee, citrus tomatoes, spicy/masala/oily food
4. Avoid eating heavy meals and eat smaller meals
5. Go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
