Brief Answer:
Need for chemical peels or dermabrasion
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for the pictures
Your basic problem is that off post acne scars.
On closer examination of the face, I could see that you have many depressed scars over the face.
You have already been using many anti acne and anti scar creams.
So in my view point, you should now go for either chemical peels or dermabrasion .
Both of these procedures are done by a dermatologist and have to be followed up by regular sittings.
These will help both in reducing the scars as well as reducing the acne lesions.
This will result in improving the facial skin irregularities as well as the complexion.
For the time being however, you can start application of clindamycin cream over the active acne lesions in the morning.
In addition, you can apply Glyco a 6% cream over the scarred areas at night.
Avoid application of oily creams over the face.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly .
this will prevent any further darkening of the scars.
On assessment of your skin condition, I don't think you presently need any oral anti acne drugs.
