Mainly comedonal acne;Oral Isotretinoin, Topical Adapalene are good choices
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcare magic
I have gone through your query and I have also seen the Images.
You have a lot of whiteheads/closed comedones on both cheeks; Whiteheads carry a potential to turn into inflammatory acne.
I completely agree with the recent medications that you were asked to use by the new doctor.
Isotretinoin is a good choice. It is comedolytic as well as sebostatic (reduces sebum production). It is an excellent antiacne medicine.
The cleanser you have been prescribed is gentle and quite good. You may use it twice daily.
Clindamycin 1% gel for day time use can be used only as a spot treatment, if you develop inflammatory acne. It won't work for comedones so not need to apply all over.
The gel that is for night use contains a topical retinoid i.e Adapalene 0.1%; it is an excellent comedolytic agent.
Since you mainly have comedonal acne therefore topical retinoid like adapalene would be ideal.
You should apply it to the whole affected are 30 min after face wash.
The products that were supposedly prescribed by your old doctor are mainly moisturizers and sunscreens.
Why would you want to use a moisturizers and sunscreens on skin that it already oily and acne prone? In my opinion these should be avoided altogether in oily and acne prone skin.
At this stage I think the focus should be on acne treatment.
Tanning and dark skin can be managed later on with sunscreens and pigment lightening agents; right now there is a danger that these agents might flare already existing acne.

Thanks for reply me !
if you have facebook we can talk and also can
1. so Isotretinoin is good and did you advice or i can use sebostatic ?
2. "Clindamycin 1% gel for day time use can be used only as a spot treatment"
so its only for spot! not for acne ..
you advice use Clindamycin 1% only on spot place like pox spot ?
3. "The gel that is for night use contains a topical retinoid i.e Adapalene 0.1%; it is an excellent comedolytic agent."
so did i replace Devriva MS with Adapalene 0.1% ? or use both ?
4. my nose is oily only other all face is dry ! its become white if not use any moisturizer ....
on pick actuly these time i'm use clindac 1%

Your antiacne treatment mainly comprises of Isotretinoin and Adapalene gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
-Isotretinoin 20 mg, once daily, after meal.
Isotretinoin is sebostatic i.e it inhibits oil production. Therefore i would take care of the oiliness on nose.
-Adapalene gel 0.1% is active ingredient of the gel that you have been asked to use at night. Use it over the whole affected area once daily, at night.
Adapalene, as i said before is comedolytic.
-Clindamycin 1% gel, day time, only if you have inflammatory acne (red and painful). By spots I mean "Inflammatory acne" Spots.
-For chicken pox scars you may use a pigment lightening cream e.g kojic acid Or hydroquinone based cream, twice daily.
These creams will bleach out the pigmentation of chicken pox scars and therefore make them less noticeable.
For depressions/dents of chicken pox scars, I would suggest a Laser resurfacing procedure e.g Fractional Co 2 Laser.

and how can i fix it!

Co 2 Laser at least 6 months after finishing Isotretionoin..
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Fractional Co 2 Laser resurfacing procedure is basically for resurfacing of Chicken pox scars.
You may take the Laser at least 6 months after you finish with Isotretinoin, because Ablative Lasers are contraindicated simultaneously with Isotretinoin because of the risk of scaring.
Right now you may use a Kojic acid based cream Or Hydroquinone based cream for chicken pox scars; these will help bleach out pigment from post-chicken pox scars and would make them less noticeable.
There are a lot of creams which contain these active ingredients and are available in XXXXXXX only on prescription of a dermatologist.
The lesions on your neck would also reduce on Isotretinoin and are nothing else but comedones/white heads.
