Brief Answer:
Acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr. kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
You seem to have acne on your back. Skin on the back, chest and shoulders is rich in oil glands and therefore prone to acne. Acne may leave dark spots after they heal known as post inflammatory hyoerpigmentation.
You may use Aknaybar soap for this area. In addition i would suggest you to apply brevoxyl 4% cream, twice daily.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Remedy for dark spots and pigmentation
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The cream I suggested is both for acne as well as pigmentation. Benzoyl peroxide (Brevoxyl cream) is a bleaching agent and helps bleach out pigment.
You may use this cream, twice daily for upper and mid back where I can see spots of pigmentation and some acne.
For waist and lower back pigmentation, which may also be post inflammtory due to previous fungal infection, you may use another cream e.g Kojic cream or Tri-O-Bloc cream, twice daily.
In addition to the creams I suggested you may also take a few sessions of chemical peeling, particularly glycolic peel. Glycolic peel is mainly for pigmentation.
Regards
