Brief Answer:
Try other agents like oral contraceptive pills

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You should consult a physician and find out if there is a cause for increased acne. The common causes include increased male hormones associated with polycystic ovaries or rarely in increased cortisol levels in blood.

If you have tried all cosmetic treatment for acne, the options now include a trial of oral contraceptive pills which will improve the acne and cystic breast disease.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
