Question: hello my wife age is 29 years... she has bacne or back acne in her back.... since 2 to 3 months... i am attaching a photo of her back acne... it still not going from her back... what are the cause of this and what is the complete cure... what kind of food she need to avoid... please give the complete view of it and cure... what medicine and what is the best thing to cure soon...she has always some acne at her face too...she had severe hair fall and she is using sunsilk shampoo and oild before shampoo (trichup hair oil).. she is doing daily oiland shampoo.. hair fall severe from. last 2 weejs... please give medicine and what is the complete cure

I have go ne through the attached images.
This possibly looks like seborrheic dematitis rash.
It's very important to avoid oily foods and drink plenty of water .Regular physical exercises and fruit juices will also help.
Simultaneously, its important to treat dandruff of the hair.
I generally prescribe antifungal hair lotion called Candid TV to my patients with these symptoms.Apply it overnight and wash it next day.
Likewise, for acne I prescribe oral pills of Doxycycline for 14 days for effective control.

here is the lotion u suggested mam. she did whole night in her hair... and morning she rinsed her hair... buy in bottle it suggest that to lut on hair just befor 5 minutes before shower... so what to do mam.. is it do whole night or 5 min before showrr and how many days a week.. she is doing wash her hair every day 365 days.. so what u suggest mam thanks for ur queries
