Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You may use Epiduo gel (Adapalene 0.1% and benzoy peroxide 2.5% gel) for night time application and clindac A gel (clindamycin 1%) for day time application. Use as a thin film.
Use Cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash,2x daily.
Also if you have inflammatory acne i.e red, pustular and painful acne I would suggest that you take Microdox LBX 100mg capsules, 2x daily for 3-4 weeks.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
If you have inflammatory acne i.e painful lesions, red papules, pustules etc you must take an oral antibiotic.
Using topical gels for just 2 days is unlikely to show much improvement. You must use these medication for at least 2 weeks.
Cetaphil cleansing lotion is very mild and preferable for sensitive acne prone skin, however sebamed face wash would also be ok to use.
