Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face

Question: Dear dr Naval
I am XXXX once again after quite some time. Hope u r doing fine too. I wanted a suggestion from u. As u know i have a daughter of about 13 yrs 7 months old. Just as the age of my XXXXXXX She is fine and active. She has started developing pimples from 2-3 months. Today I found some rash like thing on her face. I am not sure what it is. She said that she does not have any itching or any that kind of symptoms. I am extremly scared u kow why? Can this be because of her growing age? Otherwise her activity, her apetite are all normal. She does not have any fever. I am sending u a snap of her left and right face. Please releive me of my tension.

Sorry for the late reply..Not in the country at the moment
Well, the pimples do see a bit different in the picture...As if she scratched it or some form of allergy on it...
It doesnt look like a typical SLE rash or anything, but a bit different from Acne..We do need to keep a watch on it for now...
As of now, try some anti allergics like Levocetrizine 5 mg in the night for a couple of days and wait and see.. I have a feeling it will disappear
Dont be worried, dont look serious... Moreoever SLE is rarely Genetic...

Thanks for your reply. You know how much it matters to me. The rashes have reduced without any medicine. Nice to know that u r out of country at present. My son is absolutely fine now, still continuing medicine under dr manjari's treatment.
