Brief Answer:
Seems like acne rosacea

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

From your description it seems that are suffering from acne rosacea. It is difficult to treat. The mainstay of treatment is antibiotics.

You can try topical clindamycin ointment on the pimples. For facewash you can use neem and glycerine containing facewash like XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Ayurveda's acne prone facewash.

Among cold creams you need to use a cold cream that has glycerine in it. It will prevent dry skin.

Oral antibiotics like minocycline and azithromycin can be taken under supervision of a dermatologist.
Avoid unnecessary lotions and creams that will make the rash worse. Use mild cosmetics available and go to bed after cleaning the face.

Hope it helps.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
