Brief Answer:
cosmetic procedures help in acne scars

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
I would like to tell you that acne can be very well managed but acne scars are hard to treat. Various treatment modalities are available for acne scars
1) Dermaroller
2) Dermaroller with Platelet rich plasma therapy
3) Fractional laser
4) TCA criss cross
5) Subscision

The above mentioned methods may be used individually or may be used in combination depending on type of scars.
There is no such cream which can reduce the scars effectively. Topical creams can help in priming of skin to prepare it for various procedures.
As In my patients, I prefer to advise topical retinoids to apply in night time over scars For a month followed by Dermaroller with Platelet rich plasma therapy .
The sessions are done every month for 6-8 months minimum.
The maximum improvement achieved by any of the above mentioned modalities of treatment is 60-70 percent.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and accordingly give you advice.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
0.025 percent Retino A cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
Topical retinoids are available with various brands like Retino A 0.025 percent cream . It should be applied over the affected area only in night time. Minimal possible quantity should be applied without rubbing.
It would help in collagen remodeling thereby improving the scar in long term.
It usually results in excess dryness of skin. For this you should apply moisturiser daily mutiple times a day.
It also controls the further appearance of new acne lesions.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
