Suggest Treatment For Acne Scars On Face

Question: hi i am 26 yrs old and i never had this problem as a teen but now i get marks where ever there is and was acne, bruise, cut or any kind of out burst. these marks on face have started to look like small tiny moles. i have tired a few creams, but i have not been regular with any of these. i am not sure what needs to be done.

Since how long you have this problem
What all ointments or medicines you have tried?
does it heal with scarring or shed off without scar?
If possible upload a photograph

You need not to worry, at your age acne may develop due to multiple reasons and It's a very much treatable condition.

Don't rupture or manipulate it anymore
wash your face with antiseptic face wash an keep it moist
Don't use any ointment without consulting a doctor
Have multivitamin supplements
