I am having acne problem from last 1 year in shoulders, back and face.

I am Dr. kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
I suggest you to use topical benzoyl peroxide gel, 2.5%, 3.5% or 4%, twice daily.
In addition I suggest oral antibiotic e.g either Doxycycline 100mg or Minocycline 100mg, once or twice a day for a few weeks 4-12 weeks (depending on the severity).
These are prescription medications and I suggest you to talk to your local practitioner regarding the same.
