Hi,
1. Past 1 month.
2. Yes. Only the back of right leg's thigh.
3. Continuous is nature.
4. Yes. Numbness is there.
5. Jerk. She tried to lift a heavy object.
6. Her sleep is fine. But she prefers to sleep on floor rather than on bed. If she sleeps on bed, then the pain increases and she is not comfortable also.
Thanks. Please let me know if you require any more information.

Brief Answer:
Get investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
She seems to be suffering from Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc Compression that is L5-S1 Radiculopathy.
I would advise you to get her a MRI lumbo-sacral spine done.
Also you should get Serum Calcium and Vitamin D3 levels, ESR, CRP, Rheumatoid factor.
For pain i advise following:
1. A combination of Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine
2. To do hot fomentation of the affected area.
3. To apply Diclofenac ointment locally.
4. To get physiotherapy done particularly Ultrasonic heat massage.
5. SSRI like Duloxetine helps in long term.
But if the compression is very severe, causing motor weakness , tingling on any side of the body then surgical intervention would be required.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
