Brief Answer:
Go in to ER.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
If your bronchitis is caused by bacteria (for example yellow sputum), Amoxicillin may not be adequate due to antibiotic resistance.
Given that you are on prednisone (and methotrexate) in an ongoing way, your immune system may be slight suppressed.
I recommend you go in to the ER or urgent care center where they can get an Xray to rule out pneumonia, and they will likely give you a different antibiotic if they think it is appropriate, and also discuss your dose of prednisone.
But given that you are on prednisone and methotrexate, and given how high your fever is, I strongly recommend you go in to be seen now.
I hope you are feeling better soon.
