Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. I can understand your concerns. Diarrhoea persisting for 3 weeks need evaluation and accordingly management. I will advise you to visit your doctor for physical examination, and tests like stool microscopy, stool culture , some other blood tests according to history and physical examination ,complete haemogram and may be endoscopic examination and colonoscopy. Meanwhile take plenty of fluids , electrol powder to prevent fluid and electrolyte insufficiency. Avoid dairy products. Take aome antisecretory agent like loperamida and a course of probiotics.
