Yes the treatment plan was standard and correct
Detailed Answer:
Hello There
After going through your medical details and reports I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your father had an Acute Myocardial infarction as his coronary Angiography was showing significant blockage in all three vesselsin which he got all the three vessels which were filling retrogradely, along with moderate Left ventricular dysfunction due to which he was already at high death risk.
Chest pain can be there because of Angina. Treatment given to him was absolutely right but because of cardiac health issues and co-morbidties he couldn’t survive for long .
May his soul RIP.
Hope to have been Helpful

Yes recurrent VT is a complication of acute MI with very poor prognosis. This is basically a fluttering of heart in which heart doesn’t contracts properly which ultimately leads to shock and death.
This combination of events is one of the most devastating in cardiology and heart attack patients.
