Suggest Treatment For Acute Pain In The Throat
Question: hii sir. This is XXXX. I am 27 years old and i stay in XXXXXXX
from last three days i have a very acute pain in my throat. it starts behind the ear and proceeds to throat. I feel feverish due to the same. i am doing gargle thrice a day and drink hot water only. But relief is very less. i am taking dolo 650 AND ALLEGRA from last two days. The pain has reduced only 20 percent till date.
i guess high pollution level can be one of tge reasp for my throat infection
plz suggest how to recover soon.

By the description of your symptoms it looks like you have devoloped an upper respiratory tract infection just on the verge of having fever.
Warm saline gargles three to four times a day along with dolo do help for symptomatic relief
The drug of choice is Amclox which is an antibiotic

If you are improving the total therapy is 5 days.
Lactobacillus is the drug of choice.
Taking lactobacillus along with the antibiotics controls diarrhoea.
