Brief Answer:
It will take some time for complete recovery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Alcoholism and Gall bladder stones are the two most common causes of Acute pancreatitis. For Gallstones, Ultrasound abdomen or CT Scan abdomen will be done.
Endoscopy will not be done usually in Acute pancreatitis.
The two blood tests that are done are Serum Amylase and Serum Lipase.I would like to know these values at the time of admission and now.By comparing the present report with the previous one,we can assess the response to treatment.
Pancreas is situated in the upper abdomen, just behind the stomach. So,pain in the upper abdomen is common. I prescribe Anti inflammatory tablet and Tablet containing Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole to my patients with similar complaints. Pancreatic enzyme supplement tablet should also be added.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and get investigated if he advices.
I prefer to get an Ultrasound abdomen every 2 weeks to see any PSEUDOCYST OF PANCREAS has formed or not.
Please stop Alcohol if you take it .
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Brief Answer:
You should go to hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pics. One pic is not clear.
In the first page , they have written as Abdomen is soft and Bowel sounds (BS)are present which indicates that there is no severity.
I request you to go to hospital regularly. As you had this attack of Acute pancreatitis 2 weeks ago, there is no need for admission now.
But,you should be examined clinically and get investigated if necessary.
Nothing to worry. Every thing will be alright gradually.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery.
If you still have any queries, I will clarify further.
Regards
