Suggest Treatment For Acute Pharyngitis And Ear Infection

Question: Two weeks ago I was Dx With ear infection laryngitis and tonsillitis. It looked like I had mumps with how swollen my face and neck were. I was given a z pack. Cough suppressant for am and pm. The symptoms improved, but yesterday my throat started hurting again and today I have severe pain with swallowing and ear pain as well as a cough. I have a long standing he of strep up to 4x per yr until 6 yrs ago when it suddenly stopped. Should I have a strep test done
