Brief Answer:
GERD/salivary gland infection/poor oral hygiene;sinusitis to rule out...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the problems with are facing with loss of taste.

There are various factors affecting loss of taste including:
- gastroesophageal reflux
- salivary gland infection
- poor oral hygiene
- sinusitis

So, to my opinion, you should discuss with your doctor to start running further tests in order to determine the right diagnosis:
- upper endoscopy and consultation with gastroenterologist
- oral/dental examination by dentist
- sinus X-ray

After getting the tests reports, we can discuss for best treatment strategy in your case.
For the moment, discuss my suggestions with your doctor and keep good oral hygiene.

Hope this helped.
