Brief Answer:
microdermabrasion plus peels
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome again.
I have seen the attached pics. Thanks for the same.
There are few raised eruptions alongwith scars which I could appreciate on your face.
In such patients, I usually advice my patients to go for microdermabrasion Alongwith chemical peels at regular intervals.
With these procedures, strict sun protection and sunscreen application is advisable.
I will advice you to discuss this with nearby expert dermatologist. I am sure he/ she will agree with my opinion.
As per details, it is my best advice for you.
If you have any further query you may ask me.
Stay healthy.

What about the dermatitis? what should I do to avoid this? Please suggest me the products that I can use as face wash, moisturizer and sunscreen without any eruption. .
Will micro dermabrasion and chemical peel not irritate the already allergy prone skin?
Please elaborate the answer.

Brief Answer:
Avoid the products causing allergy
Detailed Answer:
If somebody is allergic to specific products, it is advisable to avoid them to prevent episodes of allergic contact dermatitis. This is the only and best remedy. That is in such cases, prevention is better than cure.
In cases, allergic contact dermatitis sets in, topical mild to moderate potency steroids are given along with antihistaminics. But i couldnt see any acute rash in your pics.
In allergic patients, it is recommended to have minimal use of cosmetic products.
In case it is compulsion to use , a patch test is preferable to perform. You may apply a thin film of product on the back of ear to look for any signs of allergy.
If it suits you, can be used on face with relative safety.
Good company products including facewash, moisturiser and sunscreen are less likely to cause allergy like sebamed products, dr XXXXXXX products. You may tery them. But again i would like to emphasize on performing patch test before you use them on face.
The procedures i told you about can be safely performed on face but there should not be any acute flare of dermatitis or any kind of inflammation.
These are also ideally performed after performing patch test especially in allergy prone skin. Afterwards, You may use sebamed sunscreen post procedure for sun protection.
I hope it helps.
Good luck.
