Brief Answer:
Seems to be allergic reaction, use cortisone cream and moisturising cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints you seem to have developed allergic reaction to vivscal.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a mild steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream on the entire face.
Besides this avoid soap for washing your face and instead use a soap free cleanser and stay away from cosmetics till the reaction settles.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
