Brief Answer:
may need to add singulair

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Allergic rhinosinusitis (allergies of the nasal passages and sinuses) can be associated with post nasal drip, cough, itching of the throat, headache (due to congestion of the sinuses).

Secondary infection can occur which may cause a fever and chills, you can monitor for these symptoms.

Since you have been consistently using a steroid nasal spray, you would have to add other aspects of treatment such as:
(1) oral anti histamines would help if you are not currently using. It would be best to use one that is combined with a decongestant

(2)singulair- this affects a different part of the allergy reaction and is often added on in patients not responding to the sprays and antihistamines/decongestants

(3)if a fever is present- use paracetamol or ibuprofen for relief

(4)consider allergy testing- this can be done by a skin test or blood test

If you can determine what allergen specifically causes your reaction then you might be able to reduce your exposure to it

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
