Brief Answer:
Possible, due to allergic sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having cough with tickle in throat. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any sequence of sneezes with running nose ?
Is your cough associated with wheezing ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

As per your clinical details, it appears to be sinusitis secondary to allergy or allergic bronchitis.

As such, allergic rhino sinusitis causes post nasal drip, where sinus secretions drips back into throat, causes tickling and induces caugh or some times wheeze (asthma).

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination, blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, serum IgE), CTscan of para nasal sinuses (to see allegic polyp, extent of sinusitis). depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
