4 Current medication if any ? -----Coming back to this question, Yes I had a medication from Dermatologist. She gave me steroid injections on my head (on affected area). Also she prescribed Mintop10, HHsaylic. I have seen a growth of hair but these days Iam having the same hairfall, itching and blank spots coming up.
5 Please share some pictures of affected area ? ----Will attached some pisc of the affected area.

The course of medication may be little longer for complete recovery.
You have already taken steroid injection so initial effect would be slow. you may only be able to see initial improvement after a month. Initially temporary hair follicle will be visible and then it would be replaced by permanent hair.
I would suggest you to keep patience and continue the medication as suggested.
Medicine would be revised as per requirement and progress.
