Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic,

Yes most likely you are having stomach flu medically termed as Gastroenteritis.
In this the inner mucosa of intestine is inflamed.Inflammation of the mucosa leads to tenderness,Nausea and spasmodic pain.
Toxins released by bacteria during the flu destroys the gastro intestinal flora. G.I flora is responsible for proper digestion of food.Once the flora is destroyed there are a number of digestive problems like bloating, belching, pain, constipation and tenderness.Gastroenteritis is mostly viral in nature and settles in few days(5-7) .However antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and metronidazole for 3 days can be taken after stool examination,
You can take some anti inflammatory (Tylenol) with antispasmodic (Hyocyamine) combination for a few days along with a good probiotic for 1 weeks.Proton pump inhibitor like Neksium 40mg can be taken to provide relief from gases.
Do get one Ultra sound abdomen done.
A stool routine and microscopy should also be done to rule out any infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can help further.

Thanks!
