Brief Answer:
Balantitis
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You have balanitis and this is an infection of the foreskin of the penis. The white spot is an area of healing. I would not recommend putting anything on the area till is completely heals over. I would, unfortunately, recommend not engaging in any sex until this completely heals.
If you do have sex I strongly urge use of a condom to protect you and her.
I hope I answered your question. Please contact me again with any of your medical concerns or questions

is my complaint a STD
is my complaint a STD
Brief Answer:
Not a STD
Detailed Answer:
No the balanitis is not an STD but the trauma to your penis during sex will cause the sore to not heal. It is for your best chance for healing to prevent additional trauma and allow for the best outcome. There is no sexual transmitted disease associated with balanitis
