Hi,

I am sorry but I could not find the attached image.
Skin lesions are best assessed by direct visualization so I request you to reattach the image.
For running nose without fever Maxtra is Ok. Maxtra contains chlorpheniramine an antiallergic and phenylephrine a nasal decongestant. As insect bite is a kind of allergic reaction only, Chlorpheniramine works in such condition also.

Local application of calamine lotion soothes the skin and helps in relieving the itchiness. If itchiness is severe application of mild steroid like hydrocortisone cream for 1-2 days helps.
In most of the cases the skin reaction and running nose improves within 2-3 days but if it persists longer or if there are other associated symptoms like increase in redness, swelling, pain, cough or breathing difficulty please consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards
