Suggest Treatment For An Open Infected Wound

Strongly advise antibiotics, not pain killers
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and have also seen the images you have attached, although they were not very clear I could still tell that the wound is open and surely requires medical attention or else it will surely get infected.
First of all, that doctors appointment is a mandate, please make sure that is scheduled and is followed up.
Now for the wound, please make sure you clean it well enough with an antiseptic solution like betadine. Please also buy some sterile bandage, cotton and pads. Once the wound has been cleaned with betadine, clean it with the sterile cotton and add some neosporin on the sterile pad and place it directly on top of the wound. Once this has been done, apply the sterile bandage on top of the pad. Make sure you keep the region clean and dry. This bandage will require changing once a day.
But, the most important aspect of your treatment regimen is an oral antibiotic. This is the one most important aspect which will promote healing and prevent infections. Please make sure you request for the same at the earliest from your doctor.
As for the pain, I would strongly recommend against the use of strong antibiotics ma'am. They only do more harm than good. I understand the pain is quite severe and is affecting your quality of life, but the main treatment that would reduce the pain and help improve your wound is the antibiotic coverage, so you need to initiate the same at the earliest. For now, use whatever pain medication you can get your hands on ma'am.
I hope you understand why I strongly advise against the pain killers ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.

Continue same, hot pack, no sutures are fine
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma;am.
It is greatly reassuring to know that you are on antibiotic coverage, this will promote wound healing and also reduce all symptoms gradually.
Usually, if the wound is small, sutures are not required. Doctors decide against sutures as this is more convenient for the patient, who would otherwise have to make several doctors visits to check on the sutures, dressing, and then finally removal of the sutures. But if the wound was a deep seated one, sutures are a mandate to avoid infections.
From the given image, your wound does not look like a deep seated one, but I cannot be too sure because your images are not very clear.
As for the pain, in your best interest I would strongly advise against the use of any more pain management medication. Norco 7.5/325 is strong enough for a wound the size of yours. If at all you wish, you could initiate a hot/warm application on the affected region which will promote blood circulation and in turn promote healing and reduce pain.
I hope I have helped you with the information you were seeking. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further assistance, it would be my pleasure entirely.
Best wishes.
