Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure
Question: Hello,
I have a small bump between my anus and vagina, that I really only notice when I wipe. There is some blood when I wipe, but very minimal; no blood in stool. I have been putting witch XXXXXXX on it, as I thought it may be a hemorrhoid, and the pain/itching has stopped but the small, hard bump is still there. It is rather long, almost like a string between anus and vagina. I am 23 years old.

It could be Sentinel pile.

Hi
As per your description,it looks like a Sentinel pile.It is not a true pile/haemorrhoid.It occurs in ANAL FISSURE.
You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables .Your stool should be soft. You can continue with your medication.
If there is no response in spite of these dietary modifications, you should consult your Surgeon and proceed further.
