hello,
For fissure I would suggest that you do sitz bath and stool softener.
I would recommend you taking a fibre supplement and a topical analgesic cream and diltiazem ( you'll need to monitor your blood pressure before starting this).
In case the symptoms persist beyond 4 weeks, a sigmoidoscopy would be Indicated.
