Suggest Treatment For Anal Itching

Question: Sir i want to ask that i feel a lot of itching around my ass under part and i feel a lot of moisture there which causes smell. Their is also some dey skin or something just at the starting of my ass where whenever i itch, their is some blood also due to scratching just at that part. And i think that eating citrozene a lot can damage my kidneys or any other organ. So can u please provide a good solution for this itching. Thanks

Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologistp. I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You seem to have intertrigo which is inflammation of body folds due to candidal overgrowth secondary to moisture. Intertrigo is itchy.
I suggest you to use a clotrimazole and beclomethasone dipropionate combination cream e.g clotrin B cream, twice daily.
In sddition you may also take an oral antifungal e.g tab fluconazole 150mg once daily for 2 weeks.
You may take cetrizine once daily for 10 days

First it caused near my scrotum part . that got ok after applying onabet b and now it has happened in my ass area.. i dont know why it is affecting me as i bathe 2 times a day and have a pretty good hygeine

Hi.

Body folds trap sweat, moisture and heat and this encourages the growth of fungus. You may apply either clotrin B or onabet B cream, twice daily. In addition you may also use an antifungal dusting powder in the affected area i.e groin and butt folds. This will keep the area dry as well as being antifungal in nature inhibit the growth of yeast.

Sir can you please tell me why their is white skin on my scrotum, as it tempts me in iching.. earlier it got vanished but now today i still got some white dry skin there.

Hi. Thank you.
I have reviewed the image. This actually Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC) which develops due to excessive scratching of skin and presents as thickening of skin (prominent skin markings), hyperpigmentation and scaling.
I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid cream over this area e.g flutivate cream, 2x daily for 2 weeks.
In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg for symptomatic relief from itching.
