Question: I was on humera for psoriatic and rheumatoid arthritis four years ago until an infection tcontrol Dr. Told me I was tb inconclusive on my blood tests and told me to go off humera because it could suppress my immune system and open the tb spore! He prescribed riframpton and ioniside? And after the first dose my uvula blew up to golf ball size and I went into anaphylaxis! I was taken off the TB drugs and monitored. In the meantime my bone marrow stopped making red blood cells. My hemoglobin is 9 hematocrit 26 and ferritin level 7! So I am seeing an omcologist and have had colonoscopies endoscopy for a gastrin level of 1500 and cts and mris of every organ and on prednisone for inflammation huge, diabetic drugs from developing diabetes, thyroid meds for hypothyroid and pain meds for arthritis. My XXXXXXX feet and legs are becoming deformed. My Achilles and all meniscus torn and all other shoulder and hand ligaments, my left thumb is gone no muscle or ligaments, and my right thumb is a hard huge mass. My right leg has also grown 1 and a half inches bigger than the left. I have lost 25 pounds and weigh 120 and I am 5 foot seven inches! Should I go to Mayo clinic or just wait to be crippled and die! I am living on IV iron infusions but only bring hemo to 10 and ferritin to 500 then have to wait til ferritin drops til I get more iron. Exhausted and short of breath XXXXXXX ideas would be greatly appreciated! I am an R.N. And worried this is not all due to methotrexate and is some other disease or heart entity I have tricuspid and mitral valve prolapse that showed up at my last heat exam 50 years agog, I have had sever stomach pain after I eat so I try not to eat because I will vomit . P.s. The drs said it was due to nerves and to take diazepam 3 times a day and I can't it makes me fall asleep all day!
