Brief Answer:
Check up

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. The condition you have is called as Anejaculation.

2. Thia occurs due to some medicines if you are taking.

3. Also occurs due to some neural disorder or diabetes.

4. The other possibility could be due to retrograde ejaculation where ejaculation is in opposite direction into urinary bladder.

5. Therefore get your fasting blood sugar tested to rule out diabetes.

6. See an XXXXXXX to check if retrograde ejaculation exists which can be tested by giving post Mastrubation urine sample to check if any sperms are present in urine.

7. Taking the ignitor or nanoleo may not solve this problem. You need to be examined by an XXXXXXX

Let me know if you have any more questions.
