Question: Come from a family of 15 siblings. I was the last one of the 15 children's. My parents are good people. They always worked hard. There were times I would left alone through the shuffle because of begin the baby of the family. I am now 48 years old, and sometimes find myself fighting anxiety and depression. Only my wife and my niece knows about my past abuse and hurt. In the past years, and sometime now. I get angry because I was sexually forced to do things with some of my family members or was allowed; yet I was only seven or eight years old. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. When I was only just a kid. Is their is medication that would help me and therapy.

Is it possible that I will received my answer feedback tonight.

Brief Answer:
You will need medication, therapist, psychologist, and counselor

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I am sorry to hear about your past.

I would highly recommend getting started on medication for anxiety and depression. The most common and most recommend if a medication called Zoloft. It works great for anxiety and depression. Your primary care doctor can get you started on it.

More importantly, I would highly recommend seeing a behavioral therapist, psychologist, and a counselor. I would also recommend getting involved with groups in your area that have gone through similar things. Your symptoms might worse as you begin to talk about your symptoms, but ultimately, it will make you feel much better.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.
