
Suggest Treatment For Ankle Sprain

Question: Kind of miss kicked a soccer ball and dragged toes on the ground and - not really painful but can't really bend foot much and seems to be a little pressure in calf and thighs when I try with a little ankle soreness - mild

It doesn't sound like something to be worried and probably just ankle distortion or pulled gastrocnemius tendon. At this point you should rest,apply cold compresses, take nonsteroid painkillers and keep your leg elevated. If pain worsen after 2 days you should do xray but this is not required at this point.
