Brief Answer:
investigation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

regarding your leg swelling, you haven't mentioned whether you've been diagnosed or not. Some common problems that cause leg swelling include the following: vein insufficiency (an ultrasound scan of the veins would be diagnostic), heart failure (an ultrasound scan of the heart [echo] can be used to clarify this issue), renal problems (like loss of albumin in the urine and low albumin in the blood), thyroid problems (hypothyroidism, measuring TSH is enough to find out), etc. So the aforementioned tests can confirm or exclude some common causes of swelling.

Bloating can be caused by various disorders including peptic ulcer, gallbladder disease, enlarged internal organs (large spleen), heart failure or other causes of reduced blood flow to the gastrointestinal system, etc.

An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and ultrasound scan of the upper abdomen (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen) should suffice to start with. The cause is usually found with these tests.

Until you proceed with the tests, you should avoid eating too much at a time. Prefer to have more but lighter meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Try to identify food that makes you feel worse (if there is any).

I hope you find my comments helpful!
