
Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

Question: I am suffering from sacroilitis for last four months, because I used to walk on my left leg majorly, putting whole my body weight on it . Now, I am on bed for last 30 days but my pain is not reducing. My esr level is 28 units/hr and I have +ve blood report of HLA B-27 . TB Gold test showed negative results. Please help me.

If you do daily exercises ,yoga and pranayama with meditation ,soon you will be well.
