Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

Exercise and muscle relaxants will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
i have seen the attached reports. You have low levels of vitamin D too in addition to ankylosing spondylosis. The main treatment of such problem is bed rest along with pain killers and muscle relaxants. Muscle relaxants can help with your symptoms if used in appropriate dosage in combination with a potent analgesic. You can get these prescribed from your orthopedician.
Local analgesic gels and hot fomentation may provide a short term relief. You can use analgesic gels like Volini gel. Exercise is not advisable in the times of acute pain.
Using an LS contour belt of appropriate size might be helpful in providing support to back muscles.
Physiotherapy also plays a major role in treating such conditions. Epidural steroid injections have been used if oral pain killers are not very effective. Do start with Vitamin D3 supplements and do regular back exercises like swimming.
I hope this answers your query.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Long term continuous use of pain killers and muscle relaxants is not recommended. it can affect your liver and kidneys. it is best to use these on as and when needed basis and gradually introduce exercise into your daily routine so that the need of these medicines can be reduced.
You can take Uprise D3 or D3 must 60000 units once a week for at least 8-10 weeks and then get the D3 levels evaluated again to see the progress.
Hope my answer is helpful.
