
Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Along With Abdominal Bloating

I almost never have stomach problems but during a severe weeklong anxiety attack inearly january I developed some.
The fisrt weekbof january I would wake up with my stomach in knots and very acidic andcshaking. this passed and then after hyperventilating while running I had about four days of terrible gas and bloating. This all settled down but my stomach is still off. I have random aches all over my abdomen that are fleeting and aharp. my stool is still slightly looser and more frequent and if I have a larger meal I get a sensation of fullness under my rib cage. This can make me feel panicky too. My stomach is also very gurgly.
Any suggestions ( Ive been to my drs a ton this year for bloodwork many heart tests and brain scans so I am hesitant to go again)
