Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Anger In A Teenager
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: My 18 year old daughter has always expressed anxiety and trouble handling anger. She tends to get violent with herself and lately with us, her parents. She is currently in a relationship and starting to show hatefulness with her boyfriend. We had her meeting with a psychiatrist when she was around 15 and she refused to talk. How can I help her? She is stubborn and tells us she doesn't care and tells us she wishes we were dead. There are great periods with no problems and then all of a sudden it blows up. I'm at a loss!
