Brief Answer:
Regular Physical exercises and breathing exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

You have mentioned that you are in a state of anxiety and may be depression and don't want to any medications. I would suggest you to see a Psychiatrist as the treatment depends on the degree of anxiety and duration of the symptoms.

If these symptoms are of a short duration and as you don't want to take any medications the best thing here would be to follow regular physical exercises and breathing exercises if your physical state allows you.

Regular physical exercises like brisk walking or cycling or jogging helps in improvement of both the physical and the mental state. It will improve your concentration and will divert your thoughts.

Breathing exercises through Yoga or meditations, if you practice under guidance and available in your place will play a major role in improvement of your symptoms. If no provisions you can search on internet for different forms of breathing exercises and follow it regularly.

Have healthy meals regularly and drink plenty of fluids like water and fruit juices as this will replenish your immune system.

Get yourself treated at the earliest for the sickness. Once the sickness is cured, anxiety and depression would resolve itself gradually.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
