Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Thank you for your Query.

First of all I would like to know since when you have anxiety and depression and taking treatment for that?

Are you better with Cymbalta 60 mg and Buspar 7.5 mg or is there any worsening on treatment?
You have mentioned "Then stop the cymbalta all together and keep taking the cymbalta". Do you mean have you stopped cymbalta or celexa or still are you taking cymbalta?

If you are better with that treatment then no need to change medication.
If worsening then there are many medication which help you both in anxiety and depression.
If you are in my clinic I would like to prefer Medication like Desvenlaflexine, escitalopram, sertraline etc works best in depression with anxiety.
You can take Xantax 0.5 mg for sleep.

First of all you need to consult a psychiatrist for detail history and mental status examination as without consulting psychiatrist never take any antidepressant.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Do try with celexa 40 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Don't think about that you are not comfortable with celexa 40 mg after stopping cymbalta.

Start with medication as advised by your treating doctor.
Once visit clinic and discuss about what i have advised you.

With best wishes for your health.

Thank you
