Question: I have anxiety,panic attacks, insomnia, work related stress. Should I see a psychiatrist or a psychologist?

Since there is multiple disorders, there is high possibility that you will need prescription which can be issued by psychiatrist only. I think you first need to see a psychiatrist.

In case he deems necessary for psychologist intervention he will guide you appropriately.

In case you feel you do not want medication and willing for psychotherapeutic course of treatment you can see a psychologist.
