Question: Hi,

best practices to tackle my anxiety and negative thinking pattern

I am able to continue my work , but some times some negative thought comes and start lingering in my mind. I am not sure if its depression. I am taking escigress 0.5 for sleep and this condition.

It is common in the initial stages for the negative thoughts to come back but know one thing that it is temporary. It will definitely go off permanently.

But the more you dwell upon it the longer the time these negative thoughts take to go off permanently.

Your strategy of focussing on work is a good Idea , so continue with it. One more way of dealing with these negative thoughts is to share it with some close friend or relative. Everytime these thoughts come back, talk with that person about it and you shall feel better.

If you feel that you don't have any with whom you can share then you can talk about these thoughts with me also.


Also make sure that as much as possible that you are not alone at the time you get these thought. Go to a friend or relative and be with them for a while. You need not have to share your feelings with them but be with them at that time.
