Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Stress

Question: Just trying to determine if my symptoms are more than just stress related and if I should go to the doctor or suck it up.Symptoms:

Increasing cluster headaches that are worse behind my right eye
blurred vision
out of the blue full body sweating with shakes
always tired
Increased sleep paralysis episodes

According to my fit bit my resting heart rate is 58
I am walking 10+ miles per day
I do take 100 mg tramadol 2x day for knee pain (replacement)
I am an energy drink consumer 1 to 4 cans depending on the day
High stress job
Average 5 hours sleep

Anxiety? But I do not feel anxious. I will contact a physician about the headaches, I do have a history of migraines since age 6 but these headaches are a whole new level of pain I have never experienced so I will get that addressed right away since that is the most debilitating symptom.

Still blown away by the anxiety, I will ask about therapist referrals in my area. Thank you.
