Brief Answer:
probably unrelated
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
anxiety and headaches are not directly linked to diabetes, cholesterol or heart problems. Headaches can be linked to some medications though, so you should review their side effects if you take any. Amlodipine for example, which is a commonly used antihypertensive drug, may cause headaches.
I hope you find my comments helpful!

I'm not on medications at the moment should I be worried about the pressure
Brief Answer:
it's little higher than normal
Detailed Answer:
Although the blood pressure is a little higher than normal, the diagnosis of hypertension requires more measurements. Whenever you find any high measurement you should take another one a couple of minutes later and use the lower as the correct one.
For this level of blood pressure I would recommend doing morning and evening measurements for a couple of weeks and bringing the results to your doctor for evaluation. If this measurement is confirmed then treatment would be required.
This is no cause for headaches though.
Kind Regards!
